Privacy: your file is read entirely within your browser. No data is transmitted to any server.

Data format guidance

Your file must have one row per employee with a header row. Column names can be anything — you will map them to the standard fields below. Required fields must be present; optional fields are needed only for ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting.

* Provide Hourly pay, or Annual salary + Contracted weekly hours, or all three. If all three are provided the tool cross-checks that the calculated rate matches the supplied hourly rate within 5%. No separate Bonus received (Y/N) column is needed — bonus participation is derived from amount > 0.  † Required only if Module 7 multi-year analysis is enabled (set in Step 1).

05 — Action Plan

Pay Equity Action Plan

Select the actions your organisation is taking or planning to close its pay gaps. For each action, record who is responsible, key dates and how you will measure success.

Employment Rights Act 2025 — action plans. Narrative action plans are voluntary from April 2026 and will be mandatory from Spring 2027. The first mandatory reporting deadline for large employers is 4 April 2028. To meet recommended requirements, include at least one action from each of Themes 1–4, at least one from Theme 5, and mark at least two actions as New.
